Handling Tax Deferred Changes

Mr. King is the President of Equity Exchange Corporation, a firm he founded in 1984 to accommodate tax deferred exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. The firm provides these services throughout the United States primarily to Fortune 500 companies and other users of large or complex exchanges of real and personal property, including oil and gas interests and a wide variety of equipment. Mr. King limits his practice to consultation with counsel and tax advisors in connection with the business of Equity Exchange Corporation.
